An incomplete RFQ forces the manufacturer to guess — and you get a quote that may not fit. Use this checklist to submit a complete transformer RFQ and get accurate, comparable quotes.

Key Points

• Project: name, country, end-user, application, quantity, required delivery
• Electrical: rated capacity (kVA), primary/secondary voltage, frequency, phase, vector group
• Performance: impedance (%), no-load loss, load loss, temperature rise, noise level
• Tap changer: off-circuit or on-load (OLTC), range and steps
• Cooling: ONAN/ONAF/ONAN-ONAF/KNAN, dry-type AN/AF
• Environment: ambient temp, altitude, humidity, pollution, seismic, indoor/outdoor
• Standard: IEC 60076 / IEEE C57 / GB / local utility standard
• Accessories: temperature monitor, Buchholz, OLTC protection, marshalling box, monitoring
• Documentation: drawings, test reports, FAT, certificates required
