Checks at the stages that matter

Inspection is integrated into production instead of being left until the transformer is complete.

Testing Capability

Electrical verification before release

The final test plan is confirmed against the transformer type, applicable standard and contractual requirements. The following routine checks are commonly included where applicable.

Transformer in the JINXING factory high-voltage test bay
High-voltage test bay — routine electrical tests carried out before release
Ratio & vector group

Confirms voltage ratio, polarity and phase displacement.

Winding resistance

Checks winding continuity and phase consistency.

Insulation resistance

Verifies insulation condition before dielectric testing.

No-load loss & current

Measures core performance at the specified condition.

Load loss & impedance

Confirms losses and short-circuit impedance.

Applied / induced voltage

Validates dielectric withstand in accordance with the agreed standard.

Type tests, special tests, third-party inspection and customer witness FAT can be arranged when included in the technical and commercial scope.
Documentation Package

Clear evidence for review, installation and handover

Document requirements are agreed at order stage so the final package matches the customer, consultant, EPC or utility review process.

Before production
Technical data sheet, outline drawing, nameplate drawing and approved deviations
During production
Inspection checkpoints and agreed manufacturing records
Before shipment
Routine test report, packing list, manuals and accessory documentation
Optional evidence
Certificates, redacted reference reports, FAT records and third-party inspection documents where applicable
Standards & Project Requirements

Built to the standard agreed for the order

IEC 60076, IEEE C57, national standards and utility-specific requirements may apply depending on destination, voltage class and customer specification. Compliance, certification and test scope are confirmed per model and per order—never assumed from a general product claim.

Technical clarification

Missing parameters and conflicting requirements are resolved before design approval.

Inspection & test plan

Hold points, witness points and required records can be agreed in advance.

Traceable changes

Approved revisions remain connected to drawings, nameplate data and test records.

Delivery Assurance

Quality continues through packing and support

Before release, the transformer configuration, accessories, documentation, protection and shipping marks are checked against the order. Installation guidance, commissioning coordination and after-sales technical support remain connected to the approved documentation.
