Solar Solution

Solar Power Plant Solution

Complete transformer solution for utility-scale and distributed solar PV plants — from inverter step-up to grid connection. Multi-winding, harmonic-tolerant, outdoor-ready designs for 1–500 MW installations.

Application

System Architecture: Inverter to Grid

PV panels → String/Central inverter → Step-up transformer → Collection grid → Main step-up transformer → Grid connection. JINXING provides transformers at every stage.

Stage 1

Inverter Step-up (0.4–0.8kV → 10–35kV)

Multi-winding transformers matched to central or string inverters. 1–4 MPPT inputs, harmonic-tolerant winding design.

Stage 2

Collection Grid (10–35kV)

Pad-mount or compact substations collecting power from multiple inverter transformers. Switchgear + protection integrated.

Stage 3

Main Step-up (35kV → 110/220kV)

Main power transformer stepping up to grid voltage. OLTC, full type test, witnessed FAT.
